Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in GBP, through PayPal. Payment is taken when you subscribe and on the same date each month afterwards until you cancel. Your card and payment details are held by PayPal and never by PuntHub — we never see them, receive them or store them.

How do I cancel?

From the recurring payments or billing agreements section of your own PayPal account, at any time and without contacting us first. You can also email help@punthub.co.uk and we will cancel it for you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep access until then and are not charged again.

Do you refund part-months?

No. If you cancel partway through a billing period your access runs to the end of that period and no further payment is taken, but the part-month already paid for is not refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What about the 14-day cancellation right?

It applies in full. Because a subscription is digital content supplied over time, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel within 14 days of subscribing and receive a refund. If you have already received selections during those 14 days we may deduct a proportionate amount for what you have used. Email help@punthub.co.uk within 14 days to exercise it. Is there anything free?

Yes. Services on public trial are genuinely free while the trial runs and take no payment details. Separately, PuntHub publishes free daily selections from its own automated systems every morning, with results, at no cost and with no account needed.
