1. Who we are

PuntHub (“PuntHub”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at punthub.co.uk and has published tipster results since 2016. PuntHub is an independent trading name and is not a registered company. We are based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, United Kingdom, and you can reach us at help@punthub.co.uk.

PuntHub is not affiliated with punthub.io, punthub.com.au, or any other business using a similar name.

2. What PuntHub provides — and what it does not

PuntHub is a marketplace that publishes betting selections (“tips”) from independent tipsters, together with the historical record of those selections. We provide information services only.

PuntHub is not a bookmaker, a betting exchange or a licensed gambling operator. We do not accept deposits, hold customer funds, place bets on your behalf or settle bets. Any bet you place based on a selection is placed by you, in your own account with your own bookmaker or exchange, at your own risk. PuntHub is not affiliated with punthub.io, punthub.com.au or any other similarly named service.

3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in GBP, through PayPal. Payment is taken when you subscribe and on the same date each month afterwards, until you cancel. Your card and payment details are held by PayPal and never by PuntHub.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, and you do not need a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: you keep access until then and you are not charged again.

Refunds. We do not refund part-months. If you cancel partway through a billing period, your access continues to the end of that period and no further payment is taken. This does not affect your statutory rights, including the cancellation right immediately below.

Your 14-day cancellation right. Because a subscription is digital content supplied over time, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel within 14 days of subscribing and receive a refund. If you have already received selections during those 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount reflecting what you have used. To exercise this right, email help@punthub.co.uk within 14 days of subscribing.

Free trials. Where a service is on free public trial it is genuinely free and no payment details are taken for it. If a trial is ever set up to convert into a paid subscription, we will say so clearly before you sign up and tell you the date and the amount.

Price changes. If we change the price of a service you subscribe to, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, so you can cancel first if you would rather not pay the new price.

4. No guarantee of profit

Nothing on PuntHub is financial, investment or betting advice. Selections reflect the analysis of independent tipsters and may lose. Every tipster listed here has had, and will have again, losing runs — we publish them in full for that reason.

Historical results, strike rates and ROI figures shown on this site are calculated from our bet ledger and describe what has already happened. They are not a prediction and not a promise. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own bets, your own staking and your own bankroll, and you should never stake more than you can afford to lose.

5. Accuracy of published results

Selections are written to our ledger before the relevant race or match starts, with the odds available at the time of posting. Results and profit or loss are written to the same record once the event settles. We do not edit or delete rows after settlement. Odds shown are those available when the selection was published and may not be available to you by the time you place a bet.

6. Liability, acceptable use and governing law

Tips are opinion, not advice. Everything PuntHub publishes is information and opinion about sporting events. It is not financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation to bet, and we are not authorised to give financial advice. Betting involves risk and you can lose money. We do not guarantee that any selection, tipster or strategy will be profitable, and past results are not a promise about future ones. Decisions about whether, what and how much to bet are yours alone.

What we do not limit. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to services supplied with reasonable care and skill.

What we do limit. Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for betting losses you incur, and our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of PuntHub is limited to the total subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable to both of us when you subscribed.

Acceptable use. Selections are licensed to you for your own personal betting. Please do not republish, resell, syndicate or systematically scrape them, and do not share your selections feed with people who have not subscribed. We may suspend or end access, with a refund of any period paid for but not received, if these terms are broken in a serious or repeated way, or where we are required to do so by law.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows when they last changed, and we will email subscribers before any change that materially affects them.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in your own local courts, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

7. Age restriction and responsible gambling

PuntHub is for adults aged 18 or over only. Gambling can be addictive. If it stops being fun, stop. Free, confidential support is available 24/7 from GamCare on 0808 8020 133 and from BeGambleAware. You can self-exclude from all UK-licensed gambling sites at GAMSTOP.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information — what we collect, why, who processes it, how long we keep it and your rights under UK data protection law — is set out in full in our Privacy Notice. In short: we collect very little, we set no cookies, we run no analytics or advertising trackers, and your card details are handled by PayPal and never reach us.
